NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the East Belmont ‘Saints’ Baseball Club Inc. will be held at the clubrooms Pioneer Park, Pioneer rd Grovedale on Monday 9th November 2009 commencing at 7.30pm.
AGENDA
1. To confirm the minutes of the AGM held on 2nd December 2008.
2. To receive the Presidents report.
3. To receive and accept the Treasurers report.
4. To receive and accept the Canteen report.
5. To elect the President for the 2010 season.
6. To elect the Vice President for the 2010 season.
7. To elect the Secretary for the 2010 season.
8. To elect the Treasurer for the 2010 season.
9. To elect the Committee for the 2010 season.
